Copy of trade license, in case of land is registered in company’s name
Agree on the payment terms (one-time full payment or installment)
Signing the land booking form
Paying 10 percent of land price as a down payment
Sign The Contract
Signing of the agreement for selling and buying the plot of land
Submission of remaining payments in deferred cheques against land’s price

Initial attestation of agreement
Transfer of land ownership (After full payment completion). Buyer’s presence at Real Estate Registration Department for signing is not required. The buyer may authorise the seller to sign on his behalf for a new title deed in the buyer’s name to be issued
Real Estate Registration Department’s fees:
Initial attestation fees are AED 1,020*
Land registration fee of 2% for Emiratis and GCC citizens and 4% for other nationalities (To be paid at the initial attestation of the Sales and Purchasing Agreement) *
New title fee is AED 520*
